In new news, I have discovered the addictive power of LOLCat! icanhascheezburger should be banned from my computer, it's too good of a distraction. And I need to focus! Focus Focus Focus!

My finals schedule has been switched around. I now have only five actual class-days left (though technically, it is eight). Hopefully the rest of this week and the two days of finals go by as fast as the past three months have. And after tomorrow, I can officially say I'll be done with two of my five classes. I came home after a very strange and tiring day to find an unexpected email in my inbox. Given how close I am to graduating and that the only organization I belong to is the Honor's Society, I truly didn't have very high hopes for being offered any transfer scholarships by colleges ( Read more... )

These are the times I wish I could either find that universal remote for life and press pause or at least crawl under my covers and pretend the world doesn't exist for a day or two.

( School is so not cool this term. )

And I do mean "Yay!" without a hint of sarcasm. I really am glad for the start of winter term today as it gives me something to do, puts me that much closer to graduating in June, and lets me recharge my creativity. I am officially done with two classes now. I am fairly secure that I have an "A" in math, and at least a "B" in philosophy. Or I should, whenever she manages to catch up on grades... And I have today off ( Read more... )

So apparently now, if those two classes of mine don't have teachers appear next to them by Monday, I get to go to the Admin. Building and go through all the different hoops to figure out what's wrong. Yay! *is being sarcastic ( Read more... )

It seems having a normal, relaxing weekend is becoming too much to ask for in my life. Friday wasn't too bad as I managed to get some chapters out to my fics and got to sleep in, too.
